# Pricing

> Transparent Simiz pricing — three plans (Starter, Growth, Scale), orchestration fee on successful transactions only, corridor-based pricing.

Simiz pricing rests on **one principle**: you only pay for what succeeds, with no hidden fees. Three plans calibrated to volume, addons bundled per plan, corridor-based pricing.

  All prices shown are **Simiz platform fees**. **Payment provider fees** (Mobile Money operators, card networks) are separate and displayed transparently in your dashboard and transaction details.

## How fees work

### Orchestration fee

A percentage of each **successful** transaction processed by Simiz. Failed transactions are not billed.

* **Starter**: country-based reference rate on successful transactions
* **Growth**: tiered pricing by volume — on quote
* **Scale**: negotiated rate, custom infrastructure

Each transaction shows its breakdown in the dashboard and monthly invoice.

### Provider fees

Operator fees (MTN, Orange, Wave, etc.) are **not Simiz fees**. They are:

* Collected by the licensed partner executing the transaction
* Displayed separately in transaction breakdowns
* Governed by the operator's own pricing

### Payout fee

Sending money out (a **payout / disbursement**) carries a separate fee from the orchestration fee above — the applicable orchestration rate covers **collection (pay-in)**, not payouts. The payout fee is config-driven per organization (default \~1% if unset) and is shown on each payout. See [Payouts](/en/core-concepts/payouts/overview) for details.

## Zone-based pricing

Simiz pricing varies by **corridor** (origin and destination country of the transaction). Reference rates for common corridors:

| CEMAC        | Cameroon → Cameroon     | 0.4% – 0.5%    |
| WAEMU        | Senegal → Côte d'Ivoire | 0.5% – 0.6%    |
| Cross-region | CEMAC ↔ WAEMU           | 0.6% – 0.7%    |

## Addons per plan

| **Scale**   | All Growth addons + Routing Pro, Marketplace Pro, unlimited Multi-Project, unlimited Team |

## Changing plan

Moving from Starter to Growth/Scale is done by quote from **Account → Plan → Request a quote**. Contract signature immediately activates the higher plan and bundled addons.
