How It Works
Generate a payment reference
Create a transaction via the Simiz API. The customer receives a unique reference code.
Customer visits an agency
The customer goes to any partner agency (Express Union, MTN, or Orange) and provides the reference code.
Payment is collected
The agent processes the payment. Simiz receives confirmation in real-time.
Webhook notification
Your application receives a transaction.completed webhook event with the payment details.
Recovery points are available on all Simiz plans. Contact your account manager to activate physical collection for your project.
