Prerequisites

  • A Simiz account with at least one project
  • At least one completed transaction for data-driven queries

Access the AI assistant

Open your dashboard

Log in to your Simiz dashboard.

Find the AI assistant

Open the merchant chat that contains the AI Assistant.

Start chatting

Type your question in natural language. The assistant responds either immediately or as a stream, depending on the request.

Use positive or negative feedback to improve answer quality and help the ops team track weak cases.
