Simiz uses a modular pricing model aligned with our product blueprint: a core orchestration fee on successful payments, optional add-ons, and Enterprise options. Mobile Money operator / payment provider fees are separate from Simiz platform fees.

Pricing model

Standard

Core orchestration — reference ~0.5% per successful transaction (typical published range 0.4%–0.7%, depending on corridor and agreement). No mandatory monthly platform subscription for standard access. Includes what you need to orchestrate Mobile Money and other rails via the API and dashboard.

Enterprise

Custom — Negotiated core rates, SLAs, unlimited projects and team members where agreed, dedicated support. Contact sales.
Provider fees: charges levied by operators or licensed partners (e.g. Mobile Money networks) are not Simiz software fees. They may be passed through or displayed separately depending on your setup and regulations.

You are only charged Simiz core orchestration fees on successful transactions unless your plan explicitly states otherwise. Failed test transactions are not billed for platform success fees.
Payouts, advanced reports, and multi-currency are not public GA features today. If you see them in your dashboard, they are in preview, early access, or hidden behind activation by Simiz.

  • Custom SLA — Tailored service level agreement
If you’re processing more than 10 million XAF per month, contact us to discuss Enterprise pricing. We can often improve economics versus published Standard reference rates.
