What is a Simiz agent?

A Simiz agent is a local partner trained to support you on the ground with your platform integration. They mainly operate in areas where physical presence adds real value (meeting your team, in-person training, face-to-face document verification).

What your agent does for you

  • Introduces Simiz and helps you pick the right plan
  • Supports you in gathering KYC / KYB documents
  • Trains you on the dashboard and Mobile Money collection
  • Acts as a relay to Simiz support when needed

What your agent does NOT do

  • They do not have access to your transactions or funds
  • They do not decide your KYC status — only the Compliance team validates that
  • They do not intervene in payment routing or provider selection (that is 100% handled by our orchestrator)

How to know if you have an agent

During onboarding, if an agent was assigned to you, their name and contact details appear in the Account → My Agent section of your dashboard. If no agent is listed, you are working directly with our support team — that is perfectly normal.
