Included quota

The Notifications Pro addon (25 000 XAF/month) includes 1 000 messages per month, all channels combined (WhatsApp + SMS + Email). The quota resets at the start of each billing period for your subscription.

Overage pricing

Beyond 1 000 delivered messages per month, each additional message is charged per channel:

When is overage billed?

On the 1st of every month, a separate invoice is generated for the previous month’s overage. It appears in Account -> Invoices with the prefix OVR-. You have 14 days to settle via Mobile Money or card (Stripe).
