Event categories

  • Transactions: success, failure, refund.
  • Payouts: triggered, in progress, completed.
  • Account: plan change, KYC / KYB validation.
  • Security: new session, password change.
  • Product announcements: Simiz updates (can be disabled).

Granularity

You can choose, for each (channel × category) combination, whether you want to be notified or not. See preferences.
