The Audit & Compliance addon gives you a complete and signed journal of every significant action on your account. Designed for merchants subject to regulatory obligations, external audits, or strict internal policies.
Audit & Compliance is included in the Growth and Scale plans. On Starter, activate it à-la-carte from your dashboard.

What Audit & Compliance gives you

  • Complete audit trail — every user action (login, modification, creation, deletion), every transaction, every KYC status change
  • Timestamped logs — each entry is dated and stored with integrity controls
  • Compliance export — PDF + CSV packages ready for audit (by period, by user, by project)
  • Extended retention — beyond the default Starter plan limit
  • Read-only auditor access — you can create a read-only account for your auditor, without giving them access to your management dashboard

When to activate

  • You are subject to an annual audit (statutory auditor, regulator)
  • You operate in a regulated sector (finance, health, online gaming)
  • You have an internal policy requiring log retention beyond 12 months
  • You need enforceable evidence in case of dispute

How to activate

Settings → Account → Addons → Audit & Compliance in your dashboard.

Access your journal

Settings → Audit → Journal. Filter by date, user, action type, project. Download as CSV / JSON / PDF.

Give access to your auditor

Settings → Audit → Auditor accounts. Create an account with read-only audit access (not the rest of the dashboard). You set the expiration date.
Audit & Compliance is complementary to Data Retention (per-category retention duration setting). Activate both if your regulatory obligation requires retention beyond Simiz defaults.
