The Simiz Chat addon lets you collect payments and remind customers directly in WhatsApp — without them leaving the conversation. Ideal for merchants already doing conversational commerce.
Simiz Chat is included in the Growth and Scale plans. On Starter, activate it à-la-carte from your dashboard.

When to activate

How to activate

Settings → Account → Addons → Simiz Chat in your dashboard. To use Simiz Chat, you must have:
  1. A verified WhatsApp Business number (Simiz helps during setup)
  2. Your Simiz identity validated (complete KYC)
  3. At least one project created on your account

Default templates

Simiz provides Meta pre-approved templates for the most common cases:
  • Send a payment link
  • Reminder for an unpaid invoice at D+3 / D+7
  • Payment receipt confirmation
  • Post-delivery review request
You can create your own templates (subject to Meta approval) from Settings → Simiz Chat → Templates.

Pricing

In addition to the monthly Simiz addon, each message sent is charged by Meta based on the recipient’s zone and conversation type. These costs are separate from Simiz fees and appear in Dashboard → Analytics → Messaging → Costs.
To start, activate Simiz Chat on a single pilot project and measure the payment rate per message sent. Once the mechanics are calibrated, extend to other projects.
