How to activate
Settings → Account → Addons → Simiz Chat in your dashboard. To use Simiz Chat, you must have:- A verified WhatsApp Business number (Simiz helps during setup)
- Your Simiz identity validated (complete KYC)
- At least one project created on your account
Default templates
Simiz provides Meta pre-approved templates for the most common cases:- Send a payment link
- Reminder for an unpaid invoice at D+3 / D+7
- Payment receipt confirmation
- Post-delivery review request
