Preview / Early Access — Routing Pro is currently in preview. Features and API surface may change before general availability.
The Routing Pro addon gives you control over how Simiz routes your transactions among available payment providers. Ideal if you have commercial, geographic, or operator-preference constraints.
Routing Pro is included in the Scale plan. On Starter and Growth, activate it à-la-carte from your dashboard.

What Routing Pro gives you

  • Conditional rules — steer certain transactions to a specific provider (e.g. all MTN Cameroon payments via Partner X, all payments > 500,000 XAF in Ivory Coast via Partner Y).
  • Live dashboard — real-time view of which transaction goes to which provider, with cost and status.
  • Routing analytics — compare performance by provider, by corridor, by basket size.

When to activate

  • You have a commercial agreement with a specific operator and want to prioritise its flow
  • You want to A/B test a new provider without moving all your traffic
  • You have regulatory constraints by country / corridor

What Routing Pro does NOT do

  • It does not write your rules for you — you define them from the dashboard
  • It does not bypass Simiz fallback routing: if your preferred provider is unavailable, Simiz applies its standard routing so the transaction is not lost

How to activate

Settings → Account → Addons → Routing Pro in your dashboard.

Define a rule

Settings → Routing → New rule. Each rule is composed of:
  • A condition (operator, country, amount, project, currency)
  • An action (mandatory target provider or preferred provider)
  • A fallback (if the chosen provider is unavailable)
You can preview the impact of a rule on recent history before activating it.

Measure impact

Dashboard → Analytics → Routing shows success rate, average cost, and latency by provider over the selected period.
A rule that is too strict (no fallback) can cause transactions to fail if your preferred provider is temporarily unavailable. Always configure a fallback on critical rules.
