What Custom Branding gives you

When to activate Custom Branding
- You operate under a strong commercial brand your customers should not associate with Simiz
- You want to control the full email experience (transactional + marketing)
- You have multiple brands under a single Simiz organisation
How to activate
Settings → Account → Addons → Custom Branding in your dashboard.
Once the addon is active:
- Settings → White Label → Domains: configure
pay.yourbrand.com (Simiz guides you through DNS)
- Settings → White Label → Branding: upload logos, palette, fonts
- Settings → White Label → Email templates: edit the appearance of receipts and notifications
Custom domain DNS can take up to 24 h to propagate. Start the configuration before your commercial launch to have time to test.
